The borough employees and elected officials are required to respond to a request and provide a copy of any government record, which is defined to include “…information stored or maintained electronically…that has been made, maintained or kept on file in the course of …official business….” All electronic records and e-mail addresses maintained by the Borough of Woodstown, unless subject to a specific exception in NJSA 47:1A-1, must be disclosed to any person or entity making a proper request for same.
